Terms of use

1. Acceptance of terms
By registering and using GuestBot (guestbot.se) you accept these terms of use and our privacy policy. If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the service. The service is provided by Simon Tydén Busck (sole proprietorship), Krönvägen 1, 451 77 Uddevalla.
2. The service
GuestBot provides an AI-powered chatbot for guests at short-term rentals. The service is intended for hosts who want to offer automated support around the clock. We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue parts of the service. For material changes you will be notified by email with at least 30 days’ notice.
3. Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not share your account with others or use the service for more properties than your subscription covers. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.
4. Responsibility for content
You are responsible for all information you enter in GuestBot about your property. The information must be accurate and up to date, and must not contain misleading, illegal, or offensive material. GuestBot is not responsible for consequences of incorrect or misleading information that you have provided.
5. AI and accuracy
GuestBot uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to answer guest questions. Replies are based on the information you have entered about your property. We do not guarantee that all answers are correct and recommend that you regularly review and update your property information. GuestBot does not replace legal, medical, or other professional advice.
6. Payment and subscription
The service is offered with a free trial of 14 days, then according to the chosen plan (from 59 SEK/month or the matching yearly price). Payment is handled by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time — the service continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are not given for a started period.
7. Limitation of liability
GuestBot is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, downtime, or damages arising from incorrect AI replies. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service during the last three months.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time under My account. Your account, properties, stays and related data are then deleted immediately, and any subscription is canceled. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms, spread incorrect information, or are used in a way that harms the service or other users.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation and otherwise by the general courts, with Uddevalla District Court as the court of first instance.
